Temporary Disruptions as we Move to Cape Town

• Oxygen cylinder refills and services will not be fulfilled between 5 and 11 December. 
• Deliveries between 29 November and 15 December will be split between Johannesburg and Cape Town as we move in to our two new locations in Cape Town. Usual delivery times differ depending on where your order is fulfilled from.
• Our therapy practice in Copperleaf Estate, Centurion will be closing early December and relocating to Cape Town. We will notify you when we reopen in March 2025. In store stock availability will be limited and no new stock will be sent to this location.
• All collections at Newlands cricket ground and 7 Greenfield road will be available from 10 December.

Christmas Gifts for Everyone

• Shop Christmas gifts now below. Gift wrapping free of charge or chose a high quality box for the best unboxing experience. Orders with these items ship from 12 December. 

Christmas Trading Days

• Our online store will be open throughout the holidays with usual shipping delays over this period. We kindly ask for your patience as our couriers are managing high volumes. In some cases, please expect deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays (especially Internet Express and The Courier Guy deliveries).
• Ohen unit servicing will continue over December with 2 days additional turnaround time. Repairs due to user damage and any replacements may be unavailable. 
• From 13 December 2024 to 6 January 2025, email support will be closed.
• The website live chats on ohengroup.com (Ozone Therapy) and ohengroup.co.za (Online Store) will remain open.
• The members app for ohengroup.com will also be available over this period for support.
• All operations will resume 6 January 2024.
